If you wish to rearrange your appointment and it is more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you can easily do so either through our booking system or by contacting us directly by phone.

If you need to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund your consultation fee. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account.

If you need to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, your consultation fee is non-refundable. However, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to transfer this fee to another appointment, subject to Cheshire Ears' discretion.

At Cheshire Ears, all appointments require a consultation fee of £20, which is payable upon booking. During this consultation, if wax removal is deemed necessary, there is an additional treatment fee of £35. This treatment fee is due at the time of the appointment and can be paid by card or cash; we kindly request that you avoid using cheques as a method of payment.
