Cancellation Policy

Consultation and Fees - The cost of your consultation is £20.00, payable at the time of booking. - If, upon examination, we find that there is no wax present, there will be no further charges. - If wax removal treatment is required, whether for one or both ears, a charge of £35.00 will be payable at the time of the appointment. - Photos of your ears before and/or after the treatment can be emailed to you at your request, or to your GP, at no extra charge. Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the £20.00 consultation fee is non-refundable. However, at the discretion of Cheshire Ears, this fee may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
